"Good people, but lately i seem to be having a lot of trouble getting help with a small issue I have had for three years. Naturally, they keep collecting hefty premiums. $4,500 per year is no joke for two vehicles driven less than 5 k miles/year combined, and a house with new class 3 roof is considerable. Even took their safety course.

Biggest problem is the company itself. Seems there is no liason to help you with a claim when you need it most. S.Farm often tells your agent NOT TO ASSIST. So whats the point of an agent?
I will gladly change this review once I feel State Farm cares about something besides my money.

This is not by necessity Mr. P.'s fault it turns out. State Farm has it's own bizarre methods, especially when it comes to paying out a few dollars. 5,200 complaints to BBB (approximately) by customers tells the story. Warren Buffet allegedly said State Farm always wins. Maybe the govt will look out for us little folks one day like with healthcare."
