"Not happy or satisfied right now. All along I have been feeling good about the rate I'm paying. Yesterday I have an accident with flying debris. The claim office was good, but then I found out the agent did not add car rental to my policy. I specifically remember asking for it. Now I see why my premium was a bit cheaper, I didn't get all that I asked for and needed. Now I am stuck. This is discouraging"
